I used to love this place, but they’ve gone so downhill, they used to be way more affordable and such great quality, the most recent nails I’ve had done were almost double the usual price for the same thing I usually get and they looked very so so. I had sns and nail designs and they’ve cracked two days in and the nail design has already half chipped off, my cuticles are swollen with cuts around my nails that have been so painful. I almost want to go in and get a refund, really disappointed, now I’ve gotta find a new nail place. :Services: Dip powder

Awesome job Pnt Nails. Was a wonderful experience. The technician was very gentle and did everything I asked even before I asked it. So happy.. highly recommend
Always a pleasure. I cheat on PNT and try, closer to home, or cheaper. Yet I always come back I always get what I ask for. I don't get "bitten" by the drill, I don't even get warm nails. Don't usually wait to long. Even in their busy periods.
The staff are lovely. Services offered are quick & professional.
Nails look lovely when first done but within 10 days they are cracking down the middle or lifting off completely. This has happened the last 6 times. Never had this problem before and the owner is disinterested in the results I'm getting.
Lovely friendly ladies here! I was very happy with my first pedicure here. My mum and I managed to get one done just before the latest lockdown and we will definitely be back.
I've been getting my nails done at this salon for a while now, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are friendly and amazing at their jobs, even when they're very busy they are super nice. They're gentle and precise when dealing with the manicure and pedicure side of things, and always do an immaculate job of my nails! The atmosphere in the store is great, I've had my ears pierced twice here, my nose once and have had my nails done so many times I can't count! I couldn't recommend them more!
Just sat there for a 1.5hrs after they told me that the wait was 15 minutes. They charged me $10 to “soak off” which I cut my own nails because I had to leave. Have had great experiences here until recently. Nails not lasting as long as they used to, and now it appears all they care about it making money not their clients time.
