I've been taking all my pets to Plympton Veterinary Clinic for the last 7 years, and wouldn't go anywhere else! They take such good care of my dog and 3 cats and always have a good knowledge of my pets' health history and lifestyle prior to their appointment. They have helped me out so many times with urgent and last minute appointments and advice over the phone, and make such an effort to accommodate their client's needs. My dog also went here for puppy classes at 8 weeks old, and they always encouraged happy visits to ensure appointments aren't scary. My dog is now 5 and loves every visit.
We've been going to Plympton and Marion vet for 8+ years now and that's because they're AMAZING - compassionate, knowledgeable, reasonably priced. Dr Alex and Dr Peter are LOVED by my 2 greyhounds! Thank you so much for the fabulous job you do!
I am so very grateful to the incredible vet Zoe that looked after us earlier this week when we needed to have our beloved cat put down at almost 18 years of age. She showed such incredible kindness, empathy and patience at such a difficult time. Not only this, but we received a hand written sympathy card today that was so very touching and means the world. I’ve been taking my GSP here for three years now and the past year has been disappointing. The vets themselves are great however the vet nurses and front desk staff lack any type of customer service and compassion. My dog is anxious and loves all the affection and attention, however, the past couple of times I’ve taken him there, the staff members won’t acknowledge him or even pat him. They completely ignore him when he approaches them. The girls are not friendly, they don’t smile, and they are not interested in being there. It is a shame because I used to feel at ease when I took him to the vet, as the old vet nurses loved him so much and would hug and pat him and make him feel comfortable, now the girls are rude and arrogant and it leaves a bad taste. I had to also call them on three separate occasions about an upcoming appointment as on each occasion I received different information, it was as if they were not paying any attention and were very disinterested. I hope something changes because it would be a shame to have to change vets after so many years.
THEY ARE THE BEST! Saved my cat’s life TWICE! Friendly and professional staff, nice environment, reasonable charges. 10/10

Highly recommend this vet clinic. All staff very friendly. I see Dr Alex most of the time and he is very professional. He cares of our pets and communicates with us promptly. Other staff are so friendly as well. Trustworthy
My boy Yoshi, has been very well cared for by all of the Staff at Plymton & Marion, and Dr Alex’s approach and professional care is why I will continue to visit. Regards Jason
