Really positive experience. Front reception staff were friendly, welcoming and efficient; minimal wait time; Dr was thorough and Nurse provided treatment with compassion and competence.nIt is rare to receive this standard across all interactions within a practice. Well done
Had an appointment at 2:10 pm, it’s almost 2:50 pm still waiting. Was there with my wife, who just gave birth to a child 5 days ago. She was having very much difficulty to wait for a long time. Receptionist knows that doctor is running late, wouldn’t it be great just to inform us rather than make us waiting, waiting and waiting. This is not the first time. Only taking money and not providing good service, I think it’s not good. I think management must take it seriously.
Worst experience ever. Waited more than 1 hour, however no any concerns from the staff working there. Went to the reception to get some help, very simple answer “doctor is running late”. This is not the first time for this long wait. Is there any management who really is aware about all these events?
I have been going to this practice for a couple of years now. Dr. Shah and Dr. Ernie are my regular GP’s. Both of them are well-mannered and very competent. They don’t rush you and they listen. The reception staff are friendly and are always willing to help re-booking, looking for available GP’s, etc. I am very happy at this practice.
Dr. Ernie was so friendly and easy-going, he made my daughter feel comfortable immediately, which is no easy feat. We'll be back for sure!
