Nails are always on point, the ladies are always gentle and friendly. Pricing is fair and all the ladies are talented with their work. Definitely recommend this place highly, best to make a booking in advance though as they're busy and spots are limited especially during Xmas period. Experience is always relaxing and I always walk out happy with my nails.

There's a reason this salon is always busy!! Friendly, fantastic nail service at a very reasonable price. I have experienced sns manicures, and gel pedicures and have been very happy with every experience. Sometimes there is a little wait to be seated, despite making a scheduled appointment, but it's absolutely forgiven when my nails are looking this fab!

i loved it ! super relaxing I suffer from horrible anxiety and she was really quick so i didn’t have to stress which i appreciate and will definitely be going back and requesting the same lady as is felt no stress xx

The best nail salon in Pakenham. They sculpture the nails perfectly. Never too thin or thick. Lovely ladies too. You always need an appointment as they book out fast for a reason. Highly recommend.Service:&nbsp;Dip powder

Lovely lovely girls, but three 3 different operators and two hours to do acrylic refill.  I did not arrive early and it took all of two minutes to apply vaseline to my cuticles.  It took 2 hours the last two times at the salon - sitting waiting for operators to do my nails.  A little would be done then they would move onto someone else.  Very frustrating.  And I'm not the only one with this view/problem.  I was told they are a team but all team members do not have the same ability.Service:&nbsp;Acrylic nails

Not using my real name because I don't want any communication back and forth,  just want to share my experience and disappointment. This place used to be extremely good, Hong used to take such care, pride and did nails that would last 3+ weeks .. however, on my recent visit, I realised this salon has gone downhill sadly. Within 3 days of getting my nails done, they began to lift and I got them done right before I headed off on a holiday so I unfortunately couldn't just pop on in to get them fixed, I believe this could of been avoided had the work been done properly in the first place. I expressed the sides of my nails weren't done properly, I could still see my natural nail, parts were patchy/not the same thickness and the edges were brutally rough .. previously, Hong would follow my natural nails so this is what I expected as it avoided my nails prematurely lifting. I expressed I wasn't happy to which I was met with a mix of frustration sighing and tone of voice, being told the work wasn't finished yet and to trust them should of trusted myself. Even if I could of gone in, I felt a sense of almost betrayal that a once good salon that provided perfect nails everytime finally made a boo boo which is fine .. things happen, but I felt rushed, I didn't feel like I was being listened to and I felt like I didn't know my own nails which as someone who got fake nails religiously for 5 years previously, I know how my nails work.  I'll give 2 stars as the place is clean and staff friendly for what is, but I'm sad about the quality. Hong is the best, unfortunately not many can follow in her footsteps and this was proven. Very sad, very disappointed.

EDIT: Has anyone ever wondered how this manager clearly remembers conversations from over a month ago? My suspicion is that this business is filming its clients. Fact is, the shellac was peeling within 24hrs regardless of how 'deep' the curve was, and I think the argumentative response from the owner says more about how they view their customers than my review ever could.  For a place that considers itself 'premium', the service and work doesn't match their claims.  I booked in for a super simple Shellac with a black french tip. During the 30 minute wait for my appointment to start I was approached by someone I'll assume for their benefit was an apprentice I am calling her Donut who kept insisting that I do SNS instead and that it would give me a better result which I knew it wouldn't but Donut was, as I mentioned, insistent. Half way through the service 2 layers of dip powder deep the tech not Donut then told me that I would need Shellac to get the right result again, I knew this and had booked for it but good old Donut knew better! Fun tip - This place will charge you an extra $10 for both Shellac and SNS even though you only ever asked for Shellac - the upsell is brilliant right? The Shellac that I paid $10 to be painted on the tip was rushed through, and even though I asked specifically whether I could could cure it for a second time under the heat lamp, but my friend Donut was back and leaning into her "I know better" ways again insisted that in fact my Shellac was entirely cured a miracle! and I should pony up some cash so she could shuffle the next about-to-be-overcharged customer into my seat.  So in summary, I was charged $65 for a basic manicure $10 more than promised due to their inept staff that is now thick and completely deformed because of their insistence to use SNS AND Shellac, and less that 12 hours later the black tips had peeled because they want to get me out the door ASAP to cash in on the next customer. So yeah, 0/10 probs wouldn't recommend.Services:&nbsp;Manicure
