I go to the gym for the 30 minute training sessions which are run super-well by Sabrina and to be able to participate I rely on the booking app to plan my time each week. However there are evening sessions that I have heard about recently that could suit me but they are not advertised on the app. How are members meant to know they have choices for evening classes? We have lost the 6am Friday class which is also disappointing when previously there was always a full or near full class at this time. Can someone please keep the app updated please.
Good gym have a lot of different equipment and a good atmosphere missing only one star for the quality of the equipment but for the price it fair
Awesome little location I loved that Plus Fitness opened here or I would have to travel to Wattle Grove which is 13 mins away. Gym is always clean and has the best staff. It's not that big but its got all the equipment you need for your workout and everything is new. Been going here the past year and do not look elsewhere for a gym.
Great gym with friendly staff. If you have any issues then all you need to do is ask.nnManaged to lock all my EDC's along with the locks keys in the locker and the ladies helped to retrieve my gear.nnAfter breaking the lock open with their bare hands! Thanks!
Great gym, friendly staff and other gym goers. Machines very modern and clean and a good amount of free weights. Never too busy even during peak times.
