Always a pleasure, never a chore to visit the hastings branch. The guys that work there are always friendly and approachable with a wealth of knowledge between them that benefits both tradespeople and members of the public alike. A well stocked warehouse with a cornucopia of plumbing paraphernalia means that if you need it, generally they've got it, and if they haven't, they'll get it pretty swiftly for you. Thoroughly recommended.
Tremendous trade counter. Everything a plumber can want, need or dream of under one roof. A great place to visit if you need something quick, product solutions from bathroom suites to coper pipes and guidance on your current plumbing job.
Very friendly and helpful! Excellent staff and great customer care. Today was my first visit following a frozen burst tap/pipe but I would definitely recommend this place
St Leonards' Branch - very helpful and speedy response to my order.
Absolute shambles ordered some lagging they said 3-5 day now 8 days gone I've called up every day no ones got back to me they cant even find the ticket for the order and rude and demisive on the phone, shocking service.
