I have found Plumbing Force to absolute rip-offs! I had asked them to fix a break in a storm water pipe. The young man who came out was very polite & professional - came out the first time & said I needed a camera to ascertain the extent of the leak/s. The office informed me that this would cost $320.00 per hour; if it was a small break it would be fixed within that hour. There was a small break, a hole was mostly dug with 400mm to go. He then proceeded to pack up - after 10 minutes - & said the office would be in touch with a price. They then rang 30 minutes later with a quote for $704 to fix the leak. This included the fee for the camera. I never asked for a quote so now they are charging me $320 for 2 visits - less than an hour in total - & I still need the pipe fixed! I highly reccomend that you DO NOT use this company at all!! Does not deserve any stars but wouldn't post without one!
I have been using Plumbing Force for many years now and would be happy to recommend them to any of my friends or family. The team at Plumbing Force are always friendly, happy to help and genuinely care about their jobs. They are reasonably priced and highly experienced! 5 Stars to you PF!
One star is generous. Although they are drain specialists, the 'plumber' couldn't identify the septic tank called the grease trap the septic tank. When we pointed to the actual septic tank, he said that 'that could be anything'. Complete joke. Dug a few holes, misdiagnosed the problem and called it an 'investigation'. Wasted $400 on nothing.
