These guys are the absolute BEST. I needed a gas certificate for a RWC for my van and they were booked out for a month. Not only did they squeeze me in a couple of days later, but when it wasn’t a straightforward check there was a leak, the plumber rushed around quickly to get it done “so it wouldn’t cost me as much”. They did an incredibly professional job on the gas plumbing, making absolutely certain there was no leak. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!
Did the classic “a yeah mate we did more work so, yea it’s gonna cost you twice what we quoted you” which, if they actually did a good job would’ve been ok. But they couldn’t even install the oven on a straight angle, like literally just pushing the oven up flush against the bench top was too hard.. worst part was that they damaged the van in the process and then ignored my emails and calls. Finally they paid but only half the quoted cost to fix their damage. Hustlers, and don’t know how to do a good job. It’s sad cause the lady on the phone is so nice.
Worst communication ever. Emails with Read receipts and still not bothered responding. Now having to use Paypal to obtain a refund as Plenty River will not advise even when item will be shipped. Plumbing items are ordered and needed asap, id advise find others that want your business.
Ordered a water pump off them though ebay. It broke as we left to go on a 2 week trip and they sent out a replacement with express post before they had received the broken one back to check it themselves. Couldn't ask for better customer service!
Had a problem with a noisy water pump. Sarah was fantastic , nothing was too much trouble. All sorted now. Just the best service. Thanks, John.
