These guys are always great service and were more than happy to price match on a motherboard I wanted. Certainly made the decision to go here easier.
Good levels of stock. Prices were evenly matched with online competitors. Guys in the shop could be a touch more enthusiastic with their customer's back and forward chat. Overall good clean shop.

Cannot complain about any experience I've had here. I'm particular and don't go in unless I've made a purchase online or know exactly what I'm after before going in. I feel it suits a majority of those who shop here. Good range of products and team have a vast wealth of knowledge and are always able to support if you do have any questions. I keep on coming back, so that's a sign of a job well done. Keep it up everyone.
Can always rely on these guys, but today was a particularly good example. We bought a RAM upgrade for my son's computer and followed the DIY instructions however got a black screen. Tried a few things and then we called them and they said to bring it in. They took a quick look and resolved the issue at no charge and very quickly. For my son, this was a big relief - we will always come back here!!
Beware of what you buy from PLE! They sold secondhand motherboard to customer. They didn’t disclose it and wouldn’t accept responsibility. Shane the person at the store was arrogant and rude. He said he’s been at Bentley store for a long time so what but treated customer as if they customer was in the wrong when they took the motherboard out to test and there was a piece missing. PLE employees especially the person who is meant to be in charge of the store attitude is unacceptable!!!! We have been spending thousands of dollars over the years and This is how they treat their customers! Also whoever is buying a motherboard from them beware because they will sell you a secondhand product at FULL price!
Sold me defective product. Accused me of damaging said product and refusing any kind of replacement, refund or repair. Shop elsewhere.
I went there for the first time today. They have friendly staff who know what their doing. The range is pretty amazing as well. Everything you could need for your PC is there, with great name brands like Hewlet Packard & MSI. They take online orders and do delivery as well but definately check out the store for some good ol' traditional customer service in this otherwise sterile age of "Right Click Consumerism" .
My go to stores, nicely spread across Perth, for all things PC. Great prices and they price match also!
Excellent customer service. Excellent products. The team at this store are the go to for computer parts and know how.
