If u like training in a group I highly recommend this place. Started my fitness journey here nearly 3 years ago112 kgs I'm currently 91kgs. A family orientated vibe very friendly staff a great bunch of people . Everyone is so encouraging & will keep u accountable
Not like any other gym that I've been to before. Everyone is always in a good mood, all the coaches know everyones names, its more like a family than a gym. would 10/10 recommend to anyone.

I have never loved the gym. I have always been more of a lone runner to keep fit. I was persuaded by a friend to give PLC a go. I am addicted. It is an amazing work out in a super positive environment. I'm already seeing a difference in my body. Love it
This place legit had me loving working out! So much fun and the trainers were so considerate and guided me through every single exercise as a beginner!
I love it because of the energy, especially from the PLC team. Motivation & encouragement. It goes a long way, especially when you've been struggling to find the motivation to work out for a few years!
