Absolutely makes me and my daughter sad and not happy the way we treated at this store , the advertised price on this particular shoe was less than what I got charged it was $120 and I got charged $130 . When I checked the other pairs all same $120. I asked for the manager and he was not helpful too. I felt I got scammed for my daughter shoes. All they could  said , we sorry.  Sorry for what ? Ripping people off extra $10 each client. Never recommend this Epping store. The most ridiculous part when she took the tags off all this particular shoes.

Was served by a staff member named Charlotte. I have many issues with my feet and struggle to find shoes appropriate for my feet. Charlotte was so helpful and wasn't rude or put out by my questions. Good to see that excellent customer service staff still exist. Thanks heaps for your help Charlotte

Lovely service from all staff in store, the manager, I believe her name was Tugba written on receipt went above and beyond for me helped me find a perfect shoe for a night out. I struggle to wear heels as I am quite tall, it was very busy in store but she still took he time to recommend me all the shoes that she thinks would be the most comfortable and also dressy on a girls night out. I found the perfect fit and walked out very happy Will be coming back for sure I also was curious to know if platypus is hiring Christmas casuals for my daughter and she told me my daughter can bring her CV in Lovely servise.

The lady who did my sales was great. There were so many people in the store due to boxing day yet she served all of them with smiles and energy.

Worst customer service , it was a girl with blonde hair she’s so rude yelling at me at the counter and not helpful at all. Happened today 26/01

Good range of street shoes but staff can be a bit rude and unhelpful. Returns policy is terrible. Did find one staff member there who finally helped me

I’m shocked at the low level quality of customer service that is present in this store. As someone that has worked in retail for 10+ years it’s obvious that the standard in this store has dropped significantly. 3 people were working in the store but all 3 were too busy chatting behind the counter to even acknowledge me. I walked around the store a couple of times, giving them ample opportunity. I genuinely felt overwhelmed with the options in there and could have used some help but it’s quite intimidating to approach a group that is clearly more interested in their own conversation. I wouldn’t be writing this if this was the first time this has happened, but this has now happened on multiple occasions and I feel put off to even shop in there anymore and will be going elsewhere.

Rude  customer service.. Looking at shoes,  back to  the counter and staff were yelling  greetings at me and my girlfriend.. instead of approaching us.

This Platypus is amazing love the store good vibe added by the music and great staff. A staff member approached me as I entered assisted me and commented on my shoes and we had a chat about them and shared about each other's sneaker situations which I really liked great experience with the young man.
