horrible service! I had a designer blanket that needed to be dry cleaned When it was returned I opened the bag the smell that came from the bag wash unbearable I called them immediately they offered to pick it up and rewash it. They again returned it and it was crusty and hard there was a burnt smell. When I tried to communicate with them they were rude and once I said it's designer they tried to charge me more after they had already ruined it. I was told they didn't care and I can sue if I like.

For what started out as friendly service quickly soured. Long story short, I entrusted this company with a precious item of clothing that I shouldn't have. I stressed how fragile the silk was but it was treated with complete disregard. What I got back was aggressive phonecalls and a completely ruined dress. Their excuse was that it is what happens when they 'generously' gave me the extra silk conditioning service that I didn't want, nor ask for. Please don't make the same mistake as me. They may be able to complete simple dry cleaning but for precious materials, do not bother.

I have used their services few times now. It saves me at least 15-30 mins of my valuable time go out to an outlet to give me dry cleaning cloths. Their free pick up and delivery is excellent and so far service is always done on time. The website also makes it easy to put my order after I created my profile for the first time.Keep up the good work.

Nice service however in this location mentioned in google map they don't indeed have a store or office. Pickup and drop service only.
