Nice clean place with seating outside of shop. I was very surprised with my meal which was a prawn and chicken salad. There was so much more prawn and chicken than lettuce! And it tasted delicious and the plate was quite large and filled to the brim.The 2 other people with me also stated their meals were great too. Certainly worth visiting!
First time i went there by myself it was a good experience, but the Second time I went there i was not impressed at all. * 1 I went there with my son this time * 2 it was 10.00 in the morning there was a sign that said the kitchen was closed and the chef was out doing shopping * 3 Very unprofessional and unorganised not to have enough stock for the day. * 4 Based on my previous positive experience we stayed but wish we didn't. * 5 Finally the chef came back from shopping in ALDI , yes we know. * 6 The order came jumbled/cooked as we order 2 toast, 2 eggs, 2 sausages and 2 tomatoes, i got 1 sausage and the other sausage came 5 minutes later in a saucer already cut in half WTF. * 7 We also never mentioned any pepper on any of the meals. * 8 When my sons order came i noticed that his eggs were covered in pepper, we didn't mention at anytime for his eggs to have pepper and what if he was allergic to pepper this could have has a reaction or serious harm. * 9 There will NEVER be a third visit to this place a from our family and i DO NOT recommend this place anymore * 10 The setup and display is beautiful but food in quite disappointing. 11 The blond haired waitress i will give her 5 stars because of her patience, customer service and handling of the place. I feel her destiny is much more then just serving customers, and platinum grill should be lucky to have her. Anyway receipt number 126290 on 8/1/19 total of $29.00 .
My wife and I had dinner here last night. Very unassuming cafe. We were very pleasanty surprised at the quality of our food, the coffee and the staffs friendly service. Would highly recommend. Best burger and chips I have had in a long time. A
The prawn and chicken salad was brilliant. Fresh, looked fabulous, was absolutely delicious. Warm and welcoming staff that gave us great service. Really enjoyed our dining experience.
The staff are very friendly, courteous, customer focused its always a pleasure to visit this cafe and the food is always delicious.
Best chilli prawns fettuccine ever always good friendly service and great coffee also
