Dino is an absolute legend. There is no job too big or too small with any job done with a smile on his face. It is wonderful to have someone in our local area that is capable and willing to do any job you may require assistance with at a very reasonable rate. Thanks again Dino!
We met Dino from Coolum Property Projects at Easter as we needed a general maintenance person for several properties owned by my family. We gave Dino an extensive list and he methodically ticked off everything we asked for. From painting, plastering, rubbish removal, oven cleaning , to arranging and meeting pest controllers, tree arborists and replacing built-in sisal. The list just goes on and on. If he can’t fix it, he lets us know and arranges the appropriate person for the job. His communication is excellent and he keeps me informed every step of the way. He appears to be a classic Jack-of-all-trades and has a natural ability to fix stuff. He even fixed a glass sliding door where the glass had come loose. He has such a positive “can do” attitude where no job is beneath him. I am happy to recommend Dino in this capacity of home maintenance and coordination.

Dino's communication was regular and he was consistent with pre quoted prices. He really listens and tries to find alternate options to make it affordable!
