I simply love this place… a lot of possible food choices, great selection and quality. This old building has been reused for bringing the community together and indeed a very well done project. Coffee, breakfast selection, an amazing bakery… you can enjoy  this place for any occasion

A great place to have brunch within the little neighbourhood of apartments in Bowden. Food was ok, but the star was the lost loaf, with delicious sweet and savoury pastries and coffees. Some places are very expensive especially when you could have table service for that price at restaurants.

Plant Four has grown from a small community of restaurants and shops. To additional Plant 3 cocktail bars and sports bars. The Bowden community is a very young and vibrant community that attracts many designers and small business owners to make their fresh start* I like

I love this place. Lost Loaf has wonderful breads and baked treats, and My Grandma Ben is a lovely cafe with friendly staff and excellent coffee. The market and its surrounds are filled with nice patrons having a pleasant time.
