my sister and i order from pizza nova quite a bit.. i don't know why it never crossed my mind to leave a review because our family really love this place. their pizzas are seriously the best we have ever tried - we refuse to order from anywhere else ! unless you guys are closed tonight i tried something different, i ordered a caesar salad and the chicken snitz with mushroom sauce. both items were so fresh and delicious. i haven't had a single bad thing from pizza nova, everything is just spot on, always ! these guys really do such an awesome job and their service is so amazing. thank you pizza nova, for feeding me and my family with great food all the time. you guys are seriously so awesome !
Prompt delivery 10 mins earlier than expected, generous toppings and cheese, although unsure if prawns are really tiger prawns. Will be ordering again to try other items.
My go to pizza place if I want something quick and tasty. Gotta love that pepperoni pizza and also volcano pizza for the heat seeker. Good news also that now they also accept card payment yay
Used to be great pizza. My order arrived and the pizzas were average and not even sliced properly. Nachos were disgusting and inedible. Were burnt which as any cook should know goes through the whole meal, no matter how much cheese you use to cover the burnt corn chips. Was a hot charcoal pile of garbage and it's where it ended up. Very disappointed as this place used to be very good, especially the pizzas. Not sure if it's got new owners or new cooks but this experience was woeful.
My favourite pizza place, but the owner really needs to do something about the staffs rudeness over the phone and in person, every time I call I get someone so rude on the other end like I’m an inconvenience to them, it’s not hard to speak on the phone to someone with manners.
Great Pizza shop that has really nice and good valued Pizzas. The Pizzas are always fresh with plenty of filling on top especially the Meat Lovers. Easy service, give them a call and they will tell you when to pick up which is usually very quick. Best Pizzas I have tasted and highly recommend for a quick snack.
Has some of the best pizza's I've personally ever tasted. Definitely worth trying out if you haven't already.
Waited 2 hours for our pizza. Rang to cancel and team member hung up on me and did not seem to care. Appreciate that they had no drivers but no one should have to wait 2 hours for a delivery. When people ring to order tell them it is pick up only!!!!!!!!!! Another suggestion.... Ring your customers and let them know what's happening. We have been loyal customers for years and very disappointed
Had an order arrive cold via Menulog, contacted the restaurant, owner happily cooked up a fresh one straight away! It’s this kind of service that keeps your customers loyal.
We periodically buy pizzas from this store....last night we ordered around 6pm and were told our order would be delivered in about 75 min putting it to around 7.15 to 7.30pm..we called at 7.45 to be told the pizzas were on their way..we live 5 min from the store...then at 8.10 we called again and asked where the pizzas were as we would come pick them up but they said they had left and were on their way and they promised it would be 5 to 10 min as the driver had one other order to deliver...we waited another 30 min and then being unable to contact the store two guests we had left an i went to get food elsewhere....whilst i was out my wife called the store and they said he was just about to leave....after they promised the driver had left over an hour ago....why lie? So we ended up with two dinners and $150 worth of pizzas went to our dogs!
