I had a disappointing experience with this pizza hut. We ordered two vegetarian pizzas, but when we picked them up, the pizza bases were excessively wet. We returned to the store, and they apologized and prepared a new order. However, when we took a bite of the replacement pizzas, we found pieces of meat in them. This was very disappointing and unacceptable. I will not be ordering from them again.
Just watched a young employee named Aiden help a customer and even opened the door for her. It's amazing to see such a young lad treat customers in this way. Well done Pizza Hut for hiring him. Excellent food as always.
Brought 2 pizza’s today on offer- 2 for 1nOrdered at the counter.nSpecially requested for good toppings before the preparations as it’s always an issue here, no one puts a decent amount of toppings as compared to the charged price.nAfter the pizzas were ready, picked them up and noticed that the Paneer sensation and Paneer spicy doesn’t have any Paneer in the pizza.nOnly 8-9 pieces per pizza, and charged for $20 on 2 for 1 offer.nWho will accept pizza with dough and little toppings with overly put sauce????nI actually talked to the baker making pizza on 23-07-24 at 04:40 pm, showed him that topping was minimal, and it wasn’t worth for the paid money.nHe responded , “ Thats pretty fair- yes Its minimal toppings”.nAnd turned back to his station again without any further chat.nThe worst customer service on how to talk and reassure customer, didn’t offer to remake 1 pizza.nHad to leave from the shop with disappointment and felt like I just wasted money.nnIf you guyz can’t make good pizza, with good toppings on the deal days- please dont keep any deals as they are not worth it… or either provide more training to the staff.
A popular busy Pizza Hut, the service and food were fine with plenty of car parking space being that its located at a shopping Centre.
Really good and delicious.nIt’s a bacon and beff with secret cheese inside of the crust
