Most disgusting, most horrendous pizza I've ever tasted. We spent $45 on two medium pizzas and they give us the tiniest pizza ever. When we tried calling them to confront them about the tiny pizza, they hung up on us. Worst place ever, would've given 0 stars if I could. This place should be shut down. I bet they haven't had a health inspection in years because they are still open. The place is also very messy and they talk like robots, they want money and are trying to trick minorities by charging them more money thinking they won't understand. Shame on you pizza hut, shame on you.
I spent $79 on dinner and everything was burnt.2 Chips, 4 pizzas, 4 pasta dishes, also the garlic bread. I have photos to prove and asked for a refund but nothing. Don't go to this pizza Hut it's the worst.
Very good pizzas. We order very often pizzas from Pizza Hut Pimpama and they are always very well made and tasty! Thanks to the chefs not every pizzerias have good pizzas.nSuper fast and we always have very hot pizzas. The cheesy bread base are insane too.
Made an order online and realised just as we sent it we sent it to this pimpana store by accident when we were on holiday visiting. We attempted to ring Pizza hut straight away to cancel the order. We were hung up on the first time trying to call through as we feel there was a language or accent barrier with the foreign guy in the phone. We rerung back to 2 more times to get a hold pizza hut again before being told that they would call us back maybe tomorrow. If you make a mistake they won't let you call to fix it and then they will ignore you and take your money. Disgusting customer service.
Be very careful buying at this Pizza Hut i was just way over charged for a medium Pizza . If i had not of said something i would have been ripped off !!. The excuse was that he pushed the wrong button lol. It was a simple pepperoni pizza.
