5 years ago 2017 the service was quick and friendly. Now it's hit or miss. We always buy the Triple Dipper Box, but sometimes it comes with no dipping sauces supposed to be 3 even though the price went up. The most recent Pepperoni Pizza was really disappointing - slapped on with one slice missing out on the Pepperoni!?!? At least they are still quick with the service. Maybe slow down a little and serve up a better product.
Worst experience ever ! We made an order, this store accepted our payment, but after taking our money, told us that “sorry we are closed now, but we will refund you the money” Since then we have made numerous calls to the store and Pizza Hut, as it’s almost been a month, and we’re still haven’t recieved our promised money back, for an order that wasn’t even honoured by Pizza Hut. This is border line criminal conduct by this store, stealing customers money, and then promising to refund, and not doing so. I would recommend to stay clear of this store.
Either too lazy to change the settings for different base types or really don’t know how to make a pizza… All that said and done, what then posses you to think that sending out these pizzas were okay?! Absolutely disgusting Our regular based pizza was fine but our 2 thin based were rock hard to the point they couldn’t slice it properly and over cooked. Do not recommend AT ALL. Wish I read the reviews before ordering. EDIT - been a bit since I ate the pizza that was edible and I’m currently feeling very unwell with stomach pains…not happy.
Picked up 3 x pizzas & 1 x side for $28.30 - ordered thin & crispy base that looked thick & messy. The quality of the pizzas was very poor, if you want to even call it a pizza - looked more like a car crash. Very little topping, poor quality & very sloppy. Will not be going back there. Pizza Hut, Gawler, if you want to run a Pizza Hut franchise, learn how to make a pizza properly.
Ordered three pizza’s ! Complete disgrace - these pizzas have never seen cheese and the cheese burger pizza and none but was dripping in disgusting bbq sauce ! Never coming here again ! Total waste of money
Very bad service, order on line at 7;45pm, get email conformation of order... to wait too long, so then we call to ask where is our order at 9;25pm for them to tell us the delivery person came out the front ,parked on the street in front of our house and apparently tried to call us..., and my phone did not ring even once.... so that is rubbish.... and... if the delivery person was at the front of our house , why did they not come in to knock on our door that was open, front lights all on and driveways gates wide open.... Yet pizza Hut Gawler tell me they can not delver our order now.... Make sense of that ... NOT......!!! VERY POOR SERVICE INDEED... I was a weekly regular but I am tired of issues with their service .. everything from ordering to delivery getting lost to being hung up on in the ordering process if calling from my phone to pizza"s rarely cut through properly so when you eat on the go you cant just grab one slice to eat due to no being cut through properly... Grrrr to all of this!!!! NOT GOOD Service. No more orders from family... regular weekly customer gone for good from ordering at Gawler Pizza Hut .
ordered a super supreme tonight and came in 10mins way to fast to cook a pizza . the pizza was way under cooked and looked raw. got another one for free but wasnt any better threw both pizzas in the bin. customer service is terrible cant understand anyone. have ordered there a few times in the past few weeks and the pizzas are just getting worse and also there delivery driver skids to a stop out the front and wears headphones and is rude.and been inside the store last week and was dirty and had flies buzzing around.
So Domino's Gawler has been unable to do pizzas for 2 days gas problem. Go to Pizza Hut Gawler, 35 minutes after their opening time, front doors locked but sign says they are open. Staff are inside, but no one came to the front door or acknowledged me knocking on the glass. Not good enough.
Should be zero. Ordered through uber eats at 6:30PM on a Friday night. Found out when the driver called me at 7:30PM that the order had never been made and that they had closed half an hour before hand. I then had to cancel my order to receive a refund. Checked the website and they are advertised as open until 11PM. Tried to call but was hung up on twice. Ridiculous.
Not the first time the Gawler store has messed up my order royally. If I could give no stars I would. Last time they decided to not deliver my food, and tried to deny me a refund. Took well over a month to get my money back. This time I made an online order through their app, paid the money and waited for delivery. Over an hour later I decided to call, and I called a few times and no one picked up. So I got in my car and drove to their store, to be told they could not find my order. I showed them the receipt from my bank and they still could not find it. I then I was told there is an 85 minute wait on delivery, which I stated didn’t matter as they can’t find my order anyway. I was then told I could not have a refund and will have to contact head office. Last time it took nearly 3 months to get a refund…. Would not recommend this store at all, terrible service and I found the manager to be very arrogant and rude, who did not really believe we had an order. We will be contacting head office and hoping they sort this out sooner this time. This was the last time we will ever order from this place.
