Ordered two simple pizzas and the guy on the front desk said it’ll only be 10 minutes but took him 20 minutes to make our veggie pizzas. Not only this the pizzas were disgusting i would never ever eat from this store i shouldn’t have gone to this store this was my life’s worst pizza experience i had. When i tried to eat a slice the cheese was floating and came down on the box. Not recommended at all
I've ordered pizzahut from Turramurra shop, I ordered boneless chicken wings because I want to try something new but come out so disappointed with chicken salty and sauce wasn't right Korea BBQ , mango Habanero. And also I've had order Surf n Turf pizza, I didn't get my prawn in my pizza at all and salty as well. Please who's whatever in charge or manager look after and make sure is right.
Awful horrible pizza - the worst ever !! Ordered 4 pizzas from PH Turrmurra today, all were bad. 1 veg - was completeu burnt, none of the toppings were even recognisable, just covered with aioli to hide them, the pizza was bitter, got thrown away. The others - toppings cover barely 40% of the surface area of the pizza. Meat pizza - soggy beyond belief - look at the liquid under the pizza !! Shocking degradation of standards. Now I remember why we stopped buying from Pizza Hut 3 years ago. Never buy from Turramurra at least…
The order delivered does not match what I ordered. There is no super supreme. When I called the store, after 20 min wating on the phone, I have been told they have delivered exactly what I ordered. OK, fine, maybe this is worst made super supreme I have ever ordered. You just loset a good customer forever, maybe you don't care. Good luck to you.
Ordered online pizza when I arrived there 30 minutes later, the pizza was not cooked nor the wings were ready. Found staffs were chatting. When the pizza was baked, it was a good pizza with good amount of topping. However they need to learn customer care
Usually very good however one time I asked for pineapple on a supreme yeah I know and it was covered in it, pineapple should be sparse if used. Otherwise they have a great taste with many options, I do miss the the pizza hut dine in restaraunts.
Pizza hut turramurra were very unprofessional and not helpful in the slightest. my order arrived to me 2.5 hours late without explanation and yelling on the phone. It is cold even after reassuring me it was made fresh again and would be hot when it arrived. would not recommend.
Frighteningly disappointing for a major, predictable franchise. Yes, covid impact, staffing shortages yada yada yada. But >2hr delivery time? When we followed up at 1hr was told “on it’s way” that was a lie because the pizzas were still an hour away and we live 10mins from the outlet. Pizzas arrived cold, and burned, see photo. After reheating the one partially edible supreme pizza which was not made correctly as mushrooms and olives were left on it my wife was ill the next day. On complaining, we were offered our meal again, at 9pm at night!? No thanks; money back please…but even that decent request has not been fulfilled. Very very poor show Pizza Hut. Not coming again.
Really delicious bacon pizza... The atmosphere was chill and friendly. Cooked very fast.Our orders taken with a smile.We would return. I can recommend to anyone and everyone for a great pizza
Didn't complete my order, lied about my receipt that I then checked in front of them and then didn't return with the outstanding items. 3 months of attempting to contact their customer service and no response. They are too high to care at this store and customer service will be of no help to rectify anything afterwards. Additional: I can also confirm that I had issues contacting the store and the phone just ringing out, as others did.
