Ordered original because they don't have traditional anymore. Was totally disappointed. Based too thick hardly any topping on pepperoni pizza. Won't be getting them again. Byebye pizza hut. Also got charged twice for order.
The food was awful, the pasta was barely warm and tasted like the foil tray it came in and no utensil to eat it with the pizza and chips were tasteless. 1 star for the cheesy garlic bread which was pretty much the only edible thing we bought. 2 people working there and only 1 knew what they were doing. Never again binned most of it.
Look I believe giving the benefit of the doubt when it comes to service workers as someone who has worked in the industry. But tonight we ordered one pizza and it was made so poorly and incorrectly that it was disgusting. There were anchovies on our chicken supreme and the stuffed crust was non existent. I haven't had pizza hut in 15+ yrs and it was the biggest mistake tonight. The single employee was so incompetent that I was scared of getting food poisoning. If you can't afford staff the place then maybe the owner should reconsider staying open.
Pretty bad experience. Ordered 6 pizzas and all of them were non edible. Didn’t had proper ingredients/ toppings & sauce. I complained about it and got offered 2 free pizzas. I am really not after any free pizza. It was our family dinner that you guys just destroyed. Value your customers, free pizzas doesn’t make everyone happy.
Don't order prawns as you won't get them at all! 3 weeks in a row we ordered prawns on our pizza and never got them! and the last three orders we were given wrong pizzas entirely including not getting our stuffed crust I had to deal with call center as the semaphore store don't answer their phone! Supposed to recieve call back but never have once! do yourself a favor and save your sanity and order from any pizza hut other than. This one !
Horrid, won’t be going anywhere near this place again. Had wings and loaded Mac and cheese delivered. $45 and the serving size wasn’t enough for a 6 year old. Not to mention how bad the actual food was. I wasn’t aware that Mac and cheese could be so bland. How do you actually make Mac and cheese have no flavour? It’s literally Mac and cheese? My fault for being lazy and getting food delivered but wow, what an awful experience.
Ordered a Vegan Mediterranean with GF crust. Young female attendant cooked my pizza perfectly. Gf base was surprisingly nice & crispy Staff Attendant was very understanding of food intolerances. Excellent attentive service. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free & vegan options pretty good quality ingredients.
Worst experience, they have no idea how to make a pizza. A 6 year old can make better Pizza. Waste of money
Please maintain some hygiene..serving pizza with hair.
I probably should have read the reviews first before I ordered. Would have saved 2hrs waiting and $70 oh and the bin space i had to put it in. I really think you are in the wrong business Pizza is not you thing.
