Bought a pizza from here about a month ago, ordered gluten free with extra pineapple . The extra pineapple wasn't added yet i still had to pay an arm and a leg for that plus the gf base. Decided I'd give this pizzahut one more try Ordered same thing but ordered on the website and for some reason the gluten free base i selected didn't show up on my order. So i called straight away no answer, called again no answer, called a 3rd time and finally got an answer, asked to change the base which the young man on the phone agreed to. When the pizza showed up it was a regular base and i ended up having no dinner because i have a bad gluten allergy. Been at work all day and was keen for my pizza. Thanks for nothing pizza hut warrawong
If I could rate it any worse I would , ate from there on Saturday night , both my partner and I ended up with food poisoning , we let them know and asked for a partial refund , to which they agreed to us picking up said refund the Monday after as we were still sick ALL Sunday , they agreed and then when we went to pick up the partial refund they blatantly refused , got aggressive with my partner , told her to sue them if we wanted our money that bad , told us we need to now fill in an incident report due to the behaviour of the staff and wait for a response from head office , i will never eat here again , and I strongly suggest if you don’t want to end up hospitalised with food poisoning that you don’t eat here either , extremely disappointing for a company I’ve bought from many times and never had a problem , should’ve known to stick to traditional Italian pizza places , this place is disgusting .
Great quality Pizza with a range of deals, there's something for everyone which is great! Hard working Staff who are lovely to talk to - always a smile on their face.
Firstly I ordered vege pizza with cheesy crust base, after 15 mins of wait time they informed me they didn’t have that crust After waiting another 15 mins i got my pizza I went home and while i was about to eat it, it was wrong pizza I went back to store and 5 min later a employee would attend me, i told her what happened and she took pizza i had but didn’t came back with response 15 min later someone would again attend me and I told the same story, Finally he hands me over Cold pizza Thanks for poorest service ever

Could have been a 0 star if I had the option, hidden Sunday surcharge of $6?? Since when have sundays become so special? We stopped at Pizza Hut for consistent service and food menu, this one seems to be just a money squeezing franchise. Go to the charcoal chicken place next door.

Out of all the Pizza Huts in the Wollongong area, Warrawong is the best for a Cheese Lovers pizza. You would think they would all be the same but they're not. Other Pizza Huts burn the cheese or their tomato sauce is a bit off with the taste. Warrawong's is always perfect when I order at night. I've had 1 bad one which was way too burnt and that was when I ordered at lunch time. Whenever I have ordered at night, they're perfect everytime and for $7.95 for a large pizza, it's fantastic. The staff are always really friendly too.
Lop sided dough, missing extra toppings we ordered, and looks like a dogs breakfast. Has absolutely nothing compared to Dapto Pizza Hut
