I think its great we still have a dine in Pizza Hutt, but it's not going to survive if there's no food at the "all you can eat" We arrived at 6pm, the staff were nice and the store was half full, I went for seconds at 6.30 and there was nothing ! Eventually it was restocked but most of the pizza looked the same full of cheese and sauces, I asked if a vegetarian could be put out but nothing happened. In future I will probably order pick up as it's cheaper if your not a huge eater.
All you can eat? Challenge accepted. I CAME. I saw, I conquered. A lovely little establishment, very clean and yummy pizza. Accommodated me an my buddy well and hooked us up with some fresh za's to cure our lunch time blues. Recommend the pasta. I could go on and on about how charming the experience was but you'll just have to try it yourself. 1million/5 but I can't rate that high.
Don’t bother! Just not acceptable that you pay $53 for two people at Pizza Hut all you can eat, and there was nothing to eat, the buffet was literally empty, and when a pizza did finally come out they would come out one at a time and so seated customers we’re feeling a little embarrassed to get up and grab a slice and we’re looking around at each other as to who’s turn it was to grab a slice. A kids baseball team came in and the kids were just hanging around the buffet for the pizzas to come that never came. Terrible terrible terrible. Will not be back and recommend that if you do want a pizza find a local pizza shop who cares about their customers.
Great service, all fresh pizzas came out quickly and you could request your chosen pizza and base if it wasn't already out. We stopped in on our drive through to Brisbane and it was all we were excited about on the 19 hr drive from Cairns. We booked ahead as it was a Friday and school holidays but we were the only people there at 4:15pm, so we felt special because the pizzas were coming out hot one after the other! It was a good nostalgic experience as it is one of the last surviving dine- in Pizza Huts in Australia but we were so full after a few pieces come to think of it almost a whole pizza each, some pasta, garlic bread, potato gems, desert and soft drink so a lot I guess . $22/adult +$4 refills. Not disappointed, just very full
Four families up from Brisbane ordered take away pizzas one night and we were all 110% impressed. The size, the taste and the value was amazing. So much so, everyone was still talked about how good they were the next day! Nicely done
We always get pizzahut over dominoes and it rarely goes to waste. Whoever was cooking tonight and the delivery person need a payrise as it was absolutely the best pizza we've had yet, hot and fresh. Cooked to perfection and the leftovers will be lunch tomorrow as usual only better.
$96 for 3 people. One of the worst dining experiences I have ever endured. Only a couple pizzas were fresh. Every pizza was sickening to eat. Apple crumble pizza is the most disgusting thing I’ve eaten. The inventor should be ashamed. My stomach feels violated. This amount of money could purchase 19 Domino’s value pizzas. Manager yells the entire meal. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! It’s not worth it. My body and soul are going to suffer from this for days.
Worst customer service and pizza I have ever eaten. When I ordered I asked how long it would be and was told 15 minutes. Took 35 minutes to get 1 pizza and no the store was very quite, only 2 dining in, 2 pizzas picked up and 1 delivery went out while I was there. Lots of staff on, all standing around looking important. When questioned, the response was, it will only be a few more minutes. Another 15 minutes later when I ran out of patience did that I actually get a disgusting pizza that was supposed to be a supreme but was mostly cheese. The flavour of the pizza was terrible. Ended up throwing half out. Never again.
I just want to thank the crew at the Gympie Pizza Hut! They were flat out busy with the lunchtime rush but they still produced amazing customer service and fresh food for a ridiculously cheap price! You guys are awesome! Happy New Year
If you're looking for a nostalgic pizza hut experience, this is not the place for you. No drink refills. No chocolate moose. Miserable service. Just buy a $3 frozen pizza from Coles and be better off.
