Really bad to hear the staff in shop swearing at each other and carrying on. No one was at the front counter for service, people were waiting ages to simply just make an order at counter. Some staff definitely need to learn to use their inside voices!
Ordered 4 pizzas tonight - one of which was a Supreme on a thin and crispy base. Thin it was, but crispy? Not at all. Under-cooked mush. To be honest, it was absolutely disgusting. I managed to eat two slices only because I was hungry. Shame on you Pizza Hut. And by the way, I will be returning the leftover un-eaten pizza to you this weekend. Did I get what I paid for, Certainly not!
Gave one pizza less, but was charged for it. When I came home and noticed, I called immediately. No one answered the call or replied to voice messages. Pizza Hut helpline never assisted either. Extremely unprofessional.
Ordered two pizzas, one a smoky chicken and bacon pizza which came without any chicken or smoky sauce and was literally just cheese and bacon. The dough was undercooked and made us unwell, there was also a long black hair on the pizza at that point we threw both of them out. Still yet to receive this refunded after providing photos and trying to resolve this the same night we bought.very unhygienic, slow service and do not respond to customer complaints.
Ordered pizza from here tonight at 5.45pm was well aware the wait times would be delayed due to origin. Hence the early order. When placing the order it stated 60-70 minutes. It’s now 10.15pm and our order has still not arrived! I have contacted the store numerous times with no luck. I have now been on hold for 1.5hours
First time ordering from Pizza Hut Narellan - I ordered online for pick up. Great experience but I think the doorbell wasn't working because it took a while for them to bring out the food. Other than that, the pizza was really tasty and fresh, and the lady was nice.
The delivery was quick and easy when I ordered it twice and the pizzas I've tried were so good, but waiting to collect pizzas for the first time was in delay for about 20 minutes when I arrived at 7:05, which I am quite disappointed. Although the team members seemed to be nice and professional, when I received a pizza from delivering me at home and picking up. Hopefully next time when I order a pick-up, please let them make it faster. And I'll have my experience next time to say it rightly on picking up my order number on my phone.
Ordered for the first time tonight. No updates as to how the order was going, then when the pizzas arrived, they were burnt. I called the store and was put on hold, and never actually spoke to anyone, so I hung up. Sadly won’t be ordering again.
Order a 6 pack of mini magnum classics with my order which I did not receive tried calling the store for an hour and a half in which they did not answer then I rang customer service they said to leave my name and number so they can call me back to discuss what they can do I still haven’t heard anything from the store
Good & friendly customer service, my daughter likes the chicken Alfredo pasta, always on time and never had issues.
