This is the PH franchisee which made me switch away from Pizza Hut forever. The Pizza was delivered in an incredibly bad jumbled state photos attached. I remember calling up the store and checking with concern if there was an accident on the way. I was told by the manager that he would look into it and call back and he never did. And I have avoided them as much possible ever since. CAVEAT EMPTOR buyers beware was termed for stores like these - irresponsible people, frivolous service. Remembered this when I was clearing the photos on the phone from few months back.
Horribly coloured wings made us feel sick looking at them. Wings were all soggy and slightly undercooked. Sinews were still translucent. Garlic bread tasted like waterlogged paper. Will not order again.
Thin & crispy? More like thin, soft and undercooked. About half the meat topping of a meatlovers pizza compared to most other pizza shops, and that includes Dominos. Crunchy boneless wings with honey mustard sauce? Again, soft with a couple of dabs of sauce. Garlic bread? Just bread with a dab of butter, no garlic flavour. Got the ham cheesy mac for later, not sure if I even want to try it. The only good thing? Nicely delivered by the Uber Eats delivery driver.
Disappointed!!! I am a frequent visitor to this store before it got closed. When it reopened I was excited and ordered a margarita and spicy veggie pizza. Honestly the pizza was undercooked and the cheese layer on the top of the pizza was inedible and the pizza was not sliced at all. We had to rip the cheese layer and eat the bread. Attached pic tells the sad story. I hate wasting food but I'm left with no choice but to throw the food this time. You lost a customer.
Update : Pizza Hut is making a comeback, more offers via the app and you get a freebie with your next order… but more importantly the best dough I’ve tasted, fluffy and crispy at the same time… The Pizzas are of high quality in this joint, nice taste & fresh… 5 stars for me
We ordered some pizzas,side and drink. It took nearly an hour for delivery. Also, they forgot the drink and delivery guy told me he would bring it soon. What happened next? Nothing !! I tried to make a call to the shop but I could just find 13 11 66 and they never answered !! They robbed my money and were hard to contact. Terrible experience & I'll never order from them.
Disgusting. I ordered a cheese lover and pepperoni lovers. Came with 2 cheese pizzas. The dough was expanded about 2.5cm in height and there were barely any cheese. It just fell like eating a bread. Wrong pizzas, disgusting pizzas. Wasted $35 of my money. This is the worst pizza I've ever had. NEVER BUY PIZZAS FROM HERE. I lookforward for them to change.
I did not receive the cheesy garlic bread I ordered. Two of the three pizzas had a large amount of topping stuck to the box and they were not hot. I was not advised prior to arrival of delivery that there would be a change to my order and was given 2 garlic breads and was not given the opportunity to select a different side. Poor service. This order took 50 minutes to arrive even though I was told it would be 30 minutes. I ordered Pizza Hut thinking it would come quickly, otherwise I would have paid more and gone elsewhere, and had better quality pizza. Extremely disappointing.
Bad reviews and customer experiences dont matter to pizzahut, as you can see the community manager simply responds with a cut and paste response to every review with no accountability. You can even see Pizzahuts own Operations manager Keval Darji writting false positive reviews for this business. This practice is beyond shady. This restaurant had many issues before closing and even after opening under new management nothing has changed. Simply dont buy food here, ive experienced almost every issue from cold food, completely missed deliveries and hair in the food. The staff have lied repeatedly about these things and the manager has never contacted me despite saying they would. One of the worst businesses ive ever interacted with.
They keep marking our orders as complete before actually delivering it. I guess they do this to hide the fact that they are taking way too long to get the food out to the customer. Really frustrating and it sucks when you have to wait 30min longer than they suggest.
