***Update in reply to the below response from owner. I put in a complaint online January 24th, I still haven't heard back. Still can't get through to talk to anyone? PLease advise. Complaint number: CUS3499......Ordered a pizza Tuesday night and the pizza arrived incorrect. Had the wrong sauce and extra toppings that weren't added. I tried to call the store and was put on hold for 30 minutes with no sign of them answering. I tried customer service but again no answer for ages. I emailed them the same day and still haven't heard back in nearly a week. Not happy!! Normally they are correct. Just don't like how I can't even call to get through after multiple attempts. Least Dominos answers their phone and offers free pizzas.... better than nothing.

Update Friday 3/2/23: forgot I had a bad experience before and alas ordered from here again. Ordered online at 5.30pm for a delivery time they designated at 6.05pm. 3 very hungry kids, so at 6.20 I phone the store to be told it will be there in 10 minutes. I asked why bother giving a delivery time if you can't stick to it. I Live less than 5 minutes away btw. Pizzas arrived at 6.45pm, 40 minutes late! I should have asked for a refund. No real understandable response from the Indian on the other end. The food arrived hot, no apology or explanation from the delivery driver. Ordered at 5.45 online and was given a delivery time of 6.17pm. 6.30 I ring the kingsmeadows store to find out where my order is. Indian guy says it's ok another 15 minutes and it will be hot and fresh. I got my delivery at 6.49pm! I had tried phoning them again but they actually kept hanging up the phone. Pathetic, I'll go b ak to Domino's With hungry kids wanting dinner it's not good enough

I ordered $36 dollars worth of food and they delivered it to the wrong house and not refunding me, they tried telling me that doordash has to refund me even though I didn't order through door dash. Thefts

Stopped in on our way home this afternoon. The service was amazing. They upgraded my pizza for free due to a very minor mistake that I didn't even complain about. The pizza was lovely, well made, cooked to perfection. Would definitely recommend

Every time I order the wing street wings and rib combo on uber eats the ribs never seem to show up. Clearly advertisement states yes you can get ribs with your wings from this establishment. Maybe its all an elaborate conspiracy? . Great chicken but!

Worst pizza I've ever had, did someone wipe their backside before preparing the food? How can you make 5 ingredients taste that bad? You can't even serve this pizza at the city mission for free, it's that bad I don't want a refund or a replacement. I'll just wait until a new shop takes over and hopefully it's owned by different people that give a f about the customers and quality of food. Disgusting in every way possible!

I feel like the new owners have transformed the place. We thought we would give them a go after not using them for years. We were not disappointed. The pizzas taste great. They put heaps of toppings, its delicious. Love the base.

First and last time ordering from here. Ordered a pizza which tasted average, but the family woke up with severe diarrhoea. No receipt was provided.
