I made an phone order i was told to pickup in 15 minutes. I came to store no one was in the store.
Hello to the new management...as per the sign in front of store I popped in to buy dinner for 12 people at 5.15pm today, Sunday April 30th. Unfortunately I could not order because the man who works there was asleep in the back When I work him up he just yawned in front of me and said, and I quote "yes?" The orders I've had with this store are always carefully prepared and delivered fast. It has always been well presented and cooked, pizzahut at its best. Friendly professional team. Cheers.Food: 5/5
1hour 45minutes for pizza delivered, when I call for an update the man cut me off when I was explaining the reason for my call then hung up on me when he said ‘it’s close by’. Extremely rude.
I ask guy to put peri peri sauce on the top of pizza. And he deliberately put spicey sauce instead. Had a very bad experience there.Food: 2/5
Placed an order, arrived to pick it up 20mins later. It hadn't been started. Because i didnt use a credit card when ordering online. There were no other pizzas in the ovenFood: 1/5
If I could give no stars I would but unfortunately I had no choice but to give 1 star as I tried to make an order the guy who answered my call seemed clueless on understanding ENGLISH, I had to repeat my address over and over and over and over and over again and he still didn't get it correct. I don't know his name as he refused to give me his name when I asked him then he started getting a little angry with me so I hang up the call and will not be ordering from them again unless they get some staff that can speak and understand ENGLISH!!!
Seems like a common trend this place delivering to the wrong address or the drivers eating the pizza and saying it's been delivered. Have security camera footage of pizza not getting delivered. Store manager on today Monday 18th April says there's nothing he can do. What an absolute joke
Ordered pizza at 9, turned up at 1am and the owner refused to refund the order. Franchise is run by a bunch of headless chooks who couldn’t care less about their customers. In particular the unsuccessful owner of the store who couldn’t put a puzzle together if he tried let alone run a business. Pathetic
Why showing open 7 days 11am to 11 when you do t even open for lunch on sundays !
