The order was hot but so poorly thrown together. Hardly half of each slice has sauce, cheese and toppings on. Seriously disappointed. The staff on the phone were understanding and agreed to send out a replacement with no fuss, I'm just shocked that the first pizza even got sent
Ordered 2 pizzas one was okay the other one was burnt rock hard and there was barly any toppings it's a meat feast! I ve seen more meat on my daughter's sparrow ankles!!! Not happy at all
Ordered a pizza and sides for my birthday. Delivered within a timely manner. Food was warm but could of been a little warmer - however this could of been due to my location from where I ordered around 4 milesFood: 5/5
Order took an hour to arrive. Luckily pizza was hot. Gave an extra star as was compensated for the delay with a drink. No one should have to wait an hour for a pizza though. Poorly organised by the sounds of things.
This is a feedback collected throughout last 18 months. The only good thing is that they will deliver at some point. Pizza overcooked, scant ingredients and of questionable freshness. Peppers smelled a little suspicious every time with solo order, 90% of my orders tasted like average kebab pizza. Interestingly, quality of your order seem to increase with money spent. There are better choices is Weston.
Worst place ever ...its got the pizza hut sign board outside but trust me its not pizza hut just rubbish food not where near pizza hut ..uncooked food all soggy i dont understand how can you make a pizza that soggy .. dough felt a week old stone cold and unbeatable...please just dont go here to waste your money like me it like there serving food for dogs ...disgusting food
Arrived nearly 50-60 minutes late. Had to phoned 5 times before I could get through to anyone to be told the food was packaged ready to go but they had no drivers and were too busy. Whilst I appreciate this is out of their control to continue taking orders or having short estimated times is well within their control. Food arrived luke warm as it had been sat for 50 or so minutes. Waste of money.
50 minutes late with no updates on the app. Burnt stuffed crust ruined with zero taste. app wouldn't let me take off red onions from toppings. Throwing my money away would have brought me more pleasure than this pizza did and I'm not even fussy about my food
Expensive pizza comparing to other locations - their large pizza was just of a size of a starter, tiny portion of potato wedges.
Order over 2 hours ago has said it had been in the kitchen the whole time tried calling them up multiple times but no answer every time and I am still currently waiting for my food
