Ordered BBQ chicken but I feel like some of my chicken pieces taste like FLOUR or MEAT REPLACEMENT! This is a second time that I’ve experienced this now. Tasted soggy and just gross. Surely won’t be ordering anymore. So disappointed.

The image below shows my Father in disgust while taking a bite of Pizza Huts supreme pizza. It had one olive, a sliver of capsicum and fragments of a tomato slice. it was drowned in half melted cheese and had almost no sauce. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

While waiting for my order, I was sitting just opposite the counter, where I can see the kitchen. As I was observing, they might be using kitchen gloves but they don't know the proper method for avoiding food contamination.  1 Yes, the lady making the order was wearing gloves while handling each order. BUT! After her usage of the gloves, she doesn't washed her hands in between after removing it. To add more about it, that same hands touched her face, and other areas of the kitchen. Did she washed her hands after donning a new gloves? NO! She just wore another set of gloves and started making the other batch of orders.  2 I saw a men slightly sitting/leaning on the order prepping table! How unhygienic   3 Did the other employees who handled the orders used gloves? Yes and No! Plus, again, they did not do the proper hand sanitation or even washed their hands after donning it off, even though the soap and sink was just a reached away.  4 I just read the reviews while I was waiting for my order, and the one named Marie, was telling the same thing I saw today.  5 Will I be back here again? A big NO.  P.S.  I am not, in whatsoever condemning the people working in the store, but condemning their actions towards proper food handling and basic hand hygiene and sanitation to avoid food contamination. For goodness sake! They're handling food. I may not be affected for now, but who knows what will happen in the future? Maybe not me, but how about the others?  Please PizzaHut management and it's staff, do properly imposed and follow your food handling protocols and knowledge in avoiding food contamination.

I ordered veggie sensation today late at night. My pizzas base was just sloppy and wet.

I ordered hot and spicy chicken with no aiolli and Perri Perri sauce.I thought I might have had a change in where I get my pizza from.very bad mistake should have stayed with Domino's.The pizza was disgusting and not worth the money that I paid.The sauce was very sour and very yuck, From now on I won't be get my pizza from pizza hut .I'll be staying Faithfull to Domino's.There pizzas are the best.

Worst service ever ! I’ve eaten pizza hut pizza’s before from other stores but never had this kind of dough and bad experience I’ve had from park-more’s store It happened twice really zero star rating to service and food

After a disappointing initial experience, Rahul from head office reached out to me and asked me to give the store another chance – I was very impressed this time around. Everything was steaming hot and fresh. The Butcher's Block pizza was generously topped with high quality, tender meats, and the Creamy Chicken & Bacon was indeed creamy, with the stuffed crust a perfect addition. The cheesy garlic bread and cheesy spud bites hit the spot.  Pizza Hut Parkmore, I'll be back! Cheers

I walked into this shop to order a pizza since the Springvale store is shocking, is not the same as it used to be., any way i see two staff at the pizza making area, one is playing with their hair and the other is playing with their mobile phone, i turned around and walked out, sorry pizza hut you have lost me

Pizza Hut used to be good. Now the quality is below terrible. I just had my last pizza from them. It seems they’re running out of cheese and all other toppings it’s all dough and very little of anything else. They used to put a lot of cheese now they charge you extra if you want basically the same amount of cheese from before and other toppings. Very disappointing. Good bye Pizza Hut
