Decided to get take away and this store was one of the only ones opened late while the curfew was on accepted order until I think it was 10:25pm I ordered the Parma that came with a side of steak fries and a salad for $18.90. The fries were beautiful, crispy & well seasoned! The parma was okay! Could’ve had more cheese & it did lack basic flavour.
i ordered peri peri chicken pizza look what it looks like i can hardly see 2-3 pieces chicken and cheese almost none and wrong sauce.
My go-to pizza place in Tarneit these days! After few pizza nights, I have started going through their menu every other Wednesday. Half way through, but very satisfied with all the pizzas I bought so far. Fresh, satisfying, tasty and good proportion of bread vs topping vs cheese. Love this place under this new management. Well done boys!!!
We have been a customer for over 9 years though NEVER AGAIN will we order through Pizza Fellas. Pizzas were like cardboard and all we could taste was overcooked burnt crust. Absolutely shocked at the quality of this meal. Whole family was looking foward to a good pizza, and we all couldnt even eat it, we had to throw it all out. Extremely disappointed. At least the pizza arrived on time, which is a plus.
So I ordered online delivery though an app. The restaurant didn’t even confirm the order till the person got there 20 minutes later. I then read the reviews and seen they were all terrible. Let me say this was the worst takeaway food I have ever seen/tasted in my whole life. A cheap $2 coles pizza in the microwave would of looked And tasted better then this did. Also ordered nachos and got a small tin container full of burnt corn chips with a side of sour cream I threw the food out and laughed. Anyone that would order food from here would only be customers ordering for the first time because I highly doubt anyone would go back even if the food was free. I don’t know how this business is running and the owner should be ashamed. Also I seen there is many of the same name shops around Melbourne ran by different owner I would say anyone that has ever left a good review got confused with the store location. I don’t even think there food meets basic food prep regulations and I’m surprised they haven’t been closed down. If you ever want to play a good practical joke on a friend then tell them to order from this joint.
The pizzas here are really nice - my personal favourite is "the volcano." The staff is very friendly but it's a bit unfortunate that they open at 4:30 PM. I've come during lunch to get some pizza only to remember that they open later in the afternoon. But that's understandable - they probably wouldn't get a lot of customers at that time. Otherwise, a very good pizza place.
Crappiest pizza I have ever eaten in my life, with raw tomatoes. Highly not recommended!!!!
Have got our pizza from here for a long time but have had enough of giving them another chance. Home delivery comes well over expected time EVERY time, expect to wait an hour or more from when you order. Have occasionally got the wrong pizza. Driver only comes with eftpos machine if you ring up and ask even though when you order online their website says eftpos accepted...misleading. Manager calls and just has excuses, not apologetic of their error. Customer service is terrible. Have found another pizza shop now that is very fast, cheaper and much nicer pizza with better topping.
We often order online after the pandamic. Loved their pasta, and pizzas are good. Chicken wings and ribs are okay. Giving the price is not expensive at all I'd say the food is worth the money.
The pizza was soggy and had grease leaking out. The lady I first spoke to tried to blame the uber driver I said “no the uber driver didn’t collect my meal then open the box, lift up the pizza and pour grease in the box!” Her English was terrible and she couldn’t understand anything I was saying so passed me to the manager who apologised and said a new pizza would come in 20 mins. 55 mins later it arrived. It was part of a meal! They only replaced one pizza so the kids had to eat the first pizza while the adults waited for the other to be remade! They should of resent the whole order and should of made sure it was here in the time frame given not 2 1/2 times later then promised. Since changing owners the food and service have gone downhill! The fact she tried to blame the Uber Driver is infuriating! Happy for a innocent person to get a bad rating on their mistake she should be ashamed of herself!! Never eating here again
