Pizza was great enough toppings definitely good value. But I ordered 2 large classico pizzas, Are they being made different sizes on the weekend or something? both came in reduced amount of size of a medium pizzas instead . Last time I ordered during the week both pizzas were just as I expected decently large and enough to feed a family, this one I had ordered barely enough for 3 people. Just curious.
Ordered online and it said my card declined but still charged $62 to my account. After ringing the store was told this happens often and the order had not been sent through. Apparently funds take a full 24 hours to be refunded back into your account and the only way to get my order is to place it again over the phone and be charged again with the recommendation of not ordering online. Shouldn’t have online orders operating if this is a common issue.
Gourmet pizza with great service. All chunky and quality ingredients instead of constructed meats etc. Vegetarian options: Heaps of new vegetarian and meat substitute options.
My absolute "go to" for pizza 3 nights a week! They are obviously really pro-active on all negative reviews - because the pizzas just get better and better. Prawn pizza is the best have had in my 52 years!
Extra star because the staff are so nice, they also made the pizza really well. Got the Vegan not chicken pizza and it is revolting. Going straight in the trash. Would not recommend at all. I don't normally eat pizza but thought why not but yeah, very very bad. Used to have a sweet potato one that was nice.
As far as ordering and delivery all good....the pizza though all i could taste was oregano which wasnt a bad thing because without it the pizza would have been flavourless,friggen bland as same as other reviews,seems nothings changed,why didnt i listen....bugger am annoyed at myself. Ditch the franchise supplier of small goods and go find a small scale producer of preferably Italian heritage who uses traditional ol school recipes for ham and pepperoni,your pizzas are tasteless,even the vegies and cheese were bland,anyway never again
Ordered pizza and pasta last night for delivery to the motel i was staying at, delivery driver went to unit 4/97 insted of unit 7/94 by the time i got the food it was cold and had to be reheated in the microwave, lucky there was 1 in the motel room and also lucky there was cutlery as none was provided for the pasta. Go to one of the other pizza restaurants if you want good service.
Ordered online at 6.59pm. Arrived at PC at 7.05pm. Other than one delivery man no oother customer came to the store. I watched as they placed a pizza on a shelf. They didn't call out anyone's name. Still waiting. A man turned up with a puppy and all the staff except one guy went outside. I'm still waiting. They all return and no one washes their hands after touching the puppy. Still waiting thinking my pizza is about to come out of the oven. Finally my name is called at 7.25pm and then they pass me the pizza that has been sitting on the shelf all that time! Needless to say we had lukewarm soggy pizza for dinner. Disgusting service and an awful dinner.
The pizza was ok. The karagai chicken was a total disappointment, compared to the website photo. Judge for yourself.
