We've used Jacob and Pirrone Property for our last 2 successful sales. Straight forward and to the point Jocob presented us with our realistic options and set our expectations perfectly. A very trustworthy and forthright salesperson Jacob is certainly not your normal agent, he's a professional. Thanks again Jacob, we'll certainly be back.

DO NOT USE THIS GUY FOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT! Has no idea about management. This is one agency i will never touch again or ever refer anyone to. Jacob put one of our rental properties at risk with allowing a high traffic business to run from it with out mentioning any thing about it. Then when we found out he said a rent increase ($30) would help well our insurance would not cover a thing (20mil if some one sued), so put us in danger of liability if some one got hurt and damages if something was to happen to the property. Then went on to tell us his friend is a solicitor and said its all ok the insurance companys don't know what they are talking about basically. When asked who solicitor was he would no provide any details. Seen our own and sure enough there was no way to bind anything to the tenants, so if something happened would all fall on us. The best part was the exit report he did up saying the property was in perfect condition, we were left to dodgy modifications had been done as well as damage and rubbish the tenants left. Easily say he never went and did the exit report from the house. The guy had an excuse for everything, i sent the email, iv been calling you, o you must have got a new number, o you gave me the wrong number, o wrong email, blamed his staff, the list goes on. Jacob is one of the most unprofessional 2 faced lying agents i have ever seen in the real estate game.
