Truly disappointed My experience here indicates they do not take pride in their products I paid $24 for large pizza drink and garlic bread 1- the GB tasted stale,such a let down ! 2- the pizza i ordered was a 4 seasons,with 4 key toppings Not only was the pizza bland yet cooked evenly Imagine a pizza with 8 sliced and 4 key ingredients? 2 slices had ALL mushroom 2 slices had the only PRAWNS 2 slices were Hawaiian 2 slices were pizza base and sauce SEE PIC
We have loved in many places across Sydney and Wollongong, and have recently moved to Albion Park. We were surprisingly impressed with the quality and flavour of Pinocchio’s pizzas. They have to be one of the best pizza’s we have ever had! Highly recommended!
Ordered online there was some confusion regarding the person collecting order so left without pizza after conversation with rude worker.i phoned the supervisor and she was also quite rude and blunt .no resolution in regards to this matter. This pizza place has had more than one chance...if the food is poor quality I gave them another go but no excuse for rudeness.
We had some take away family pizzas from pinocchios and they were huge!!! Really nice pizza, lots of toppings and fresh!!!! Very highly recommendFood: 5/5

We moved down South from Sydney a few years ago and only ever had pizzas from the bigger chains. I am glad we gave Pinocchio's a try because they make amazing pizzas with heaps and heaps of toppings mouth watering and they have the best staff they are all so friendly and very helpful
Always tasty pizza and quick service. Have been getting pizza here for years and only ever had one order error that was quickly fixed up by staff and a fresh pizza delivered. Good choice of pizzas plus pasta. Staff are always friendly as well and quick to take an order over the phone. Update 20/12/2020: Lowering to 3 stars as last couple of deliveries have been either wrong in the order they missed a half/half pizza or very late one order was 50mins late. They did apologies and I understand these things happen but not a 5/5 service anymore, just average service.
Pizzas are always outstanding. Schnitzels are amazing especially with an added boscaiola sauce. Staff and communication is perfect.
Overall impressed with the service and how this was handled. Our order was running late, I called the store and was advised my order was on the way, we then identifed my ordered had been taken down incorrectly, the polite staff member fixed this and promptly had the correct order made and delivered to us. I think the way a business deals with a problem speakers volumes, our order was comped and the pizza was lovely, had it not been for the incorrect order/delay this would be a 5 star rating.
