I have been dealing with these guys for years, I was in there today and there was lots of people in the shop all being looked after getting advice from each of the staff, it reminded me people know where to go to get good service. Was in a spot of bother trying to find a supplier stocking wheel bearings for my camper trailer whilst over on Moreton Island. We were travelling back the next day & needed the bearings. There's an old saying that goes "Every business makes mistakes and it's how the business deals with those mistakes that rates it". I had a small issue with part of an order, that was most likely the fault of the supplier, and the guys at Pine Rivers Bearings rectified it in an exemplary manner. The level of customer service from this business is a cut above anything I have experienced in a fair while.

Simply fantastic customer service from the team at Pine Rivers Bearings Brendale Qld.  Even though i just wanted a couple of small bearings and a seal for my Postie Bike , they could not have been any more helpful. Need a bearing ..... roll on down to Pine Rivers Bearings.

From mix masters to mulches they have never failed to supply a bearing I’ve needed. Ray can even guess what I’m working on from the odd ball bearings I bring in. I’ll fool him one day . The whole team are always happy.
