End product is really great! Customer service....Terrible! The lady there really doesn't know what she's doing as a business operator & poor communication skills which made it stressful! Not able to give itemized quotes as she won't use email or computers! Told us it would take 4 weeks, I called to check at 6 weeks and they forgot about our posters! I had to go back in a describe what I wanted! Took almost 9 weeks! Quoted us $980.... Ended up charging us $1350++ Very happy with my end product but won't be going back. Sorry, not sorry.
Recently had 2 canvasses stretched and framed and the workmanship is superb. Customer service was great and work was completed within 2 weeks. 5 stars from me. Will definitely recommend to others and will return in future.
The two people who were working there were very helpful. i will return to purchase picture frame moldings in the future.
