Went for a bakery breakfast this morning, we got a breakfast pie, chunky steak pie and a sausage roll. Absolutely delicious, we have been here a few times now and never had a bad item and customer service has been great. Will be back.Food: 5/5
Bloody amazing. Spicy sausage roll, pepper steak, choc donut, coconut Apple scroll. Omg. The spicy sausage roll was the best sausage roll I’ve ever had. A must stop if you’re within 1500km of meadows.
The highest quality and perhaps lowest prices for any pies. Done away with the bread-like dough which most Australian pies consist of, the texture of these pies are much closer to the crispiness of other nations. Exotic flavors such as the curry, yiros, breakfast and especially cheeseburger pies are very unique and of course delicious, with this cheeseburger pie in particular being much preferred over any fast food burger at a much lower price, no less!. Staff are quick and kind, being very patient with complex orders and contrived coffee preferences. The drive to this location also makes the trip worth it!
3* for the steak mushroom pie - it was Luke warm!!! 5* for the lamb and rosemary pie which was full of rosemary flavour. 10/10 for the hot x bun/ donut combo!! 2 hot items & a cake for $11 was stella value for money hence 5* all up.
Travelling through is a must stop. Great range of food items and relaxed atmosphere.Food: 5/5
Amazing bakery . Have been twice. Couldn't believe how good the food was. Really amazing chunky pies and big sausage rolls. Despite being very busy the staff were very patient and pleasent both times. Probably the best pies, vanilla slice, sausage rolls, custard tarts I've ever had. Kids couldn't believe how good it was. The price also very reasonable which surprised me as well.
They have a great range of baked goods. We love their selection of rolls esp the turkey salad or beef salad. They're made fresh have a good amount of filling and we always buy something here when passing by at lunch time. Highly recommend a visit. Plenty of seating also outside place to sit. Free parking also.
I have died and gone to heaven. Absolutely the most delicious pie I've had in a long time. Beetroot in a burger, genius. The Kitchener bun, fresh, jam not too sweet and the cream was just amazing. Hats off to the owner and their staff.Food: 5/5
Pik A Pie is one of the best bakery spots in South Australia and there is a many reasons why you should go! The $12 deal is just too good to pass up. They have a very good range of baked goods on the menu and the staff are really friendly.Food: 5/5
