Good bakery selection with sweet treats, croissants, sandwiches and bagels. Bread and baguettes are also on offer so is a small selection of items to purchase from the pantry. The salami and cream cheese bagel was nice, maybe a bit too much cream cheese but loved the pickles to give it a tang. Would have been better toasted though which wasn't offered. The croissant was good too , fresh and flakey. The large strong flat white waa good too, not the best coffee I had in Hobart but decent. The shop is small and not designed for lingering, a stand up bar is available. Will come back to try more treats.
The most famous bakery in Hobart! I was there around 1pm and everything looked sold out. The salami ficeelle was a bit dry… I will come early next time.
Lovely people, lovely place. Delicious food - the queue was a little chaotic, but one of the best ham and cheese sandwiches I've eaten.... The caramelized onion muffin was incredible - don't share!
This was the first place I checked when I arrived in Tassy, as it was voted the best cafe in the city.nnThe staff were friendly and welcoming, and the baked goods looked incredibly tempting. I opted for the mozzarella bagel, which had a delicious filling, but the bagel itself was too dry for my taste. The coffee was strong but average.
Wonderful little bakery institution in Hobart. Stunning bread, pastries & coffee. Attentive and friendly staff, cosy interior.
