Another of my pleasant findings for lunch. It was a sunny day and I managed to get a seat outdoors. I ordered the Eggs Benny with a choice of smoked salmon. It was delicious! The rosti was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Everything was on point!nnFor dessert I ordered the carrot cake and a long black. I liked the carrot cake's texture. Unfortunately it had too many foreign items in there like raisins, and candied/dried fruits which added the sweetness which was not required. I'd have preferred the traditional carrot cake - cake, carrot and cream cheese. The cake was served with fresh cream. To my surprise it went well with the cake. Washed it down with the black coffee. It was a good meal.nnNB: I forgot to.mention that the waitress on that Sunday I was there was super helpful. She helped me make sure my table was kept for me.while I went to order dessert post meal. Hence the fantastic 5 stars!
Superb food!!! My saved favourite brunch spot from now on. Their egg benny was sooooo good, my first one found in Perth. Their service was also great nnVery recommended for anyone who’s looking for a new place to try!!!!
Amazing food, couldn't fault anything. Great value for money with the portion sizes. Their seafood chowder was one of the best I've personally come across in Perth. Coffee and matcha latte were on point too!! So glad we discovered this place.
I was really looking forward to scrambled egg this morning. When poached arrived, the quizzical look on my face gave you pause. It was my error, not yours. That settled, you brought me some scrambled on the house anyway. Both were amazing. Your sourdough is obviously made by someone who knows what they are doing, and the French butter is a touch of brilliance.nSimple food is amazing when you use quality ingredients. As for the Irish sausages, well, if you know, you know.nThanks Chef!
Our order got lost, but we're given complimentary drinks to compensate our wait time.. do try the eggs benedict.. very delicious..
