We used Pier Law for a simple sale and purchase agreement. A problem arose and an opinion was sought from the principle, Bill. Following his advice, I found myself being summoned to court by the new owners. The whole experience was deeply distressing for me and my family. Pier law actually charged me to resolve the problem they had created, and had the gall to attempt to get me to sign a form stating I would not pursue the matter any further.
