Pieces of Eight is a contemporary jewellery and small object gallery in Melbourne, Australia. Showing the work of over fifty local and international artists, there are many treasures to discover!

Story

The gallery is located on Russell Place. It's a short laneway that runs from Bourke to Little Collins St. We are parallel to Russell and Swanston Sts. Look for our big round steel facade!

I recently purchased an Engagement Ring through Pieces of Eight. All of the team in the Gallery were extremely helpful in helping me choose the design of the ring, understanding different options, coordinating with the jeweller etc. And most importantly getting the ring made and delievered within the agreed timeframe! The team at Pieces of Eight provided great customer service and communciation and highly recommend them to anyone looking to get an engagement ring (or other jewellery) and needs some guidance! A fabulous experience working on a magnificent bespoke ring with a challenging stone. Staff and jewellers wonderful and such a joyful experience overall. It's a rare luxury to commission unique work from artisans these days. If you have the opportunity, embrace it with both hands!

An overwhelmingly amazing experience! The most amazing customer service and truely talented artists at Pieces of Eight! I had my engagement ring custom made by Melanie Katsalidis and she completely exceeded all of my expectations! Will definitely be purchasing more from Pieces of Eight in the near future.
