Had an original painting framed by these guys. they were prompt and professional. Love the new frame and very happy with the quality. I totally recommend them.
Bought some badges and a pencil case. But of an unusual purchase from a framing store however it’s a nice surprise. Many different frames and images to choose from as well. I found the service was good.

I have had three pictures framed here. Each time the staff spent a significant amount of time with me helping me select the best mat and frame, including several options at different price points. It's not cheap and takes 2-3 weeks to get it back, but in my experience the service and end product are both great.
VERY disappointing service today at Picture Box Smith Street. There was no sense of customer service. Why bother working or having a business if you don't value or appreciate your customers. I will not be coming back here OR recommending this place to anyone.
Tremendously helpful staff who will patiently explain things to you if you don’t know much about framing. A decent variety of clever Melbourne-centric prints of the kind you might find on Etsy.
Lauren at the Picture Box was fantastic! She was very helpful in choosing the perfect framing that suits my artworks and my style. The framing quality is great and the pieces look beautiful. The prices were very reasonable as well, especially compared to other framers I have been to. Thanks Lauren and Picture Box staff!
I’ve never felt the need or urge to post a review on any forum regarding the quality of service at a shop but after visiting this place I feel the world needs to know. Dismissive to a fault and always a nice touch to not be greeted when you enter a place of business as well, keep up the stellar work guys.
