Went on their website to check out a car.  Very happy with the way they show cars online.  Lots of valuable information on each car shown.  A really good site and a well managed auction house.  We purchased a car for my wife some time back from Pickles.  Very happy with the result.  Seamless transaction without a great deal of fuss and very customer oriented service.

2nd time I've used Pickle to buy my cars. Both times I've had honest, friendly and fair service. They offered above what the new car dealers were willing to offer as a trade in price. Would not hesitate to use them again . The whole selling experience was fast,  red tape free and 'no hassle '.

Very happy with Pickles customer service and live auction. Private buyer. My first time. Registering on line a little confusing. Only $1.00 is deducted from your credit account. Not $1000! That is for a winning bid. Customer service is prompt and clear regarding the sale. The car was presented beautifully. And to top that a small problem was attended to without delay. Top marks Pickles Sunshine.

Hello I’m not happy and very disappointed from Ballarat branch the guy there is so rude and I don’t know what to do with him I just bought a car from e salvage and I’m very regret that I bought it from there he won’t understand and he won’t talk to me any way I just had an issue with the transport when I bought the car and the car there has been more than a month he just called me for asking when u gonna pick up the car and he applied me to pay a storage fee which I’m happy to pay it and I gave him all my details and he said can’t take money from ur account I don’t know why and I changed the account same problem And the problem is the transport company won’t able to take the car if I haven’t paid the storage fee and all my money will go. So please can u help me to find a solution or I will not take this car anymore and I will ask for my money back thanks.

A very very very bad experience buying cars from pickles. I wish nobody goes through the same problems I faced.Bought a car from fixed price. They did not let me test drive but told me the car was in above average condition.so ibought the car and it had engine issues. I wanted to get it fixed as the car was under the statuary warranty but they were not willing to spend the money to fix and wanted to take the car back and give me the money and it took like ages to get my money back after all the stress .It was such  a waste of time. Very very poor customer service and standard.

We were greeted @ the door by Matt, who welcomed us with a smile & was helpful in making our decision buying a car stress free & reassuring, he walked us through the history of the car, where it came from let us hear it running, sat in the car & showed us how everything works! Amazing service that you don't see much these days  My wife & I will love our new car. Thank you Matt Hendrix you made our day  We'll be recommending you to our friends & family!
