Just tried the Vegan Steak & Cheese and the Vegan Lamb, Mint & Feta Wooooooah these pies are sooo damn good! No wonder they won the Vegan Pie Awards this year Absolutely top quality pies, so saucy, amazing pastry, fantastic taste! On the pricey side but all Vegan food tends to be.. Will be back for more! Thank you for having so many Vegan options
Was finally able to try their pies after following them on Facebook for months. I was not disappointed. We got the classic pies to start with and they were delicious. They had the perfect filling to pastry ratio. We will definitely come back for the other flavours and we have to try the baked goods next time as well. Good service, and they have indoor seats and nice outdoor seating as well. Arrived here around 1pm and there were plenty of seats available.
The pies here are not bad. I enjoyed the mince & cheese, steak/cheese/jalapeño, and chicken/cranberry/brie. The award-winning items didn’t wow me the Vegan Korma Pie was a bit bland and the custard square was dense and more floury than creamy., but the weekly specials and cream-filled donuts are definitely worth coming back for.
I don't often eat pies, but their pies do win me over. I tried the award-winning korma pie, steak, japeno& cheese pie and steak&blue cheese pie. All of them were yum. Icecreams were nice too. Generous portion and some creative flavours.
The ice cream flavors were less appealing and same for the products available for purchase. My carrot cake muffin felt expensive for what it was. My experience was OK.
