I purchased a Kawai digital piano, and it was a positive experience. I really like the piano. I had to hire a car to transport it by myself as I selected the pick-up option when ordering it. It was nice of the Piaonomax staff to tell me about the option of hiring a car from Uber as I didn’t know about this before. It was easy to assemble the piano. I assembled it by myself although the instruction says that is should be done by 2 people because I really didn’t have anyone to help me, but I still managed it.

Neville and the team from Pianomax were very helpful in accommodating me with purchasing a new Kawai ND-21 upright piano. I had a logistical task of having the piano freighted to Darwin from Adelaide, but the team made it a very seamless experience. Every detail was looked after. From quotes, freight and handling, pre-move tuning and complimentary post move tuning as well. Top notch good old fashioned service. Will definitely come here again for business, and recommend to anyone buying a new or second hand piano to shop here.
