NIRVANA. I just had to write a review after having the most luxurious, sublime experience. I honestly couldn't move the massage and facial were just so good! I had the Alkira package as a gift voucher and WOW. Arriving early, as they advise, paid off as I had a relaxing drink before slipping into my fluffy robe and slippers, and the magic began. If I could give this place 11 stars I would. Service, treatments, staff, price, scenery and atmosphere were so good. Will definitely be back and off to rave about Piaf Day Spa to everyone I know.

My partner and I booked in a duo 1 hour massage plus Hydro-spa treatment to enjoy our last day during our trip to Melbourne. We chose Piaf as it was out in the wilderness and we wanted to enjoy the beautiful forests. Unfortunately our massage was below average. The treatment had no fluidity and felt very start stop. The beds weren't warm, the room wasn't sufficiently heated so my partner and i were freezing the whole time. The ladies were kind but kept making mistakes when explaining what was happening and what to do and we felt kind of lost the whole time. Not sure if we were supposed to dress again, make our way to the main room or stay in the treatment room. The treatment room was beautiful, but there was a collapsed bamboo fence on the outside of the window that made it look a bit dodgy and blocked the view. And it had no bathroom or toilet so we had to leave the treatment room in our robes, go outside into the cold and back into the main house to go to the toilet. There is only 1 toilet in the main house and the bathroom was old. At the end of our massage, we had the hydrospa outside but the water was not warm and i had goose bumps. We had to get out after 5 min. Apparently the temperature could only be increased 1 degree per 1/2 hour??? The spa is also just an old standard outdoor square jacuzzi. We then made our way back to the main house (alone) and awkwardly sat in the waiting room. Piaf staff then told us that the shower was ready. My partner and I went into the bathroom but it was only a bath shower so one of us showered and the other waited and then we switched. Change rooms are in a separate room so again we had to move and get changed somewhere else. Robes and slippers were a little warned out and shabby. Also because we hopped out of the outdoor spa and later hopped in the shower, our slippers were soggy. It would have been nice to have a fresh pair laid out for after the shower. Reception is in an old kitchen, which is weird. Staff attitudes were terrible, showed no remorse and we felt like we were a nuisance to them rather than guests to be pampered. We felt stressed and uneasy. Ultimately we wanted to leave as soon as possible. Due to the poor service, terrible staff attitudes and below average facilities i would not recommend. Such a shame as the location is divine. Rightly so, Piaf management didn't charge us for the hydro spa so no complaints there. But no voucher or discount for the inconvenience. And unlike other day spas in the same price range they offered no small nibbles such as a slice of homemade slice / biscuits / chocolates etc. and no top ups for tea.

This is the most relaxing day spa I’ve been to. Friendly service and the massage was the best I’ve had. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be returning. Thanks Piaf.

Beautiful tranquil rainforest spa retreat. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

The staff at Piaf are so lovely and accomodating. I had the walkabout treatment and it was amazing. I haven't felt so relaxed in ages. The hot stone massage was beautiful and the head massage made me feel like I was in heaven. I even got my nails painted and they look great. Thank you, will definitely be back
