I have been seeing Megan for 2 weeks now and the improvement in my Achilles is amazing. I love her positivity in being able to fix me and am so happy that she is happy to work towards goals with me. My family and I have used PhyxMe Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation for over three years for various injuries. Megan, Chris and the team have always been welcoming, friendly and have made us all feel comfortable. This was very important to me, particularly for my teenage children. I highly recommend PhyxMe and their team of professional staff who have a strong focus on treatment and rehabilitation that is tailored to the needs of each individual. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
I have been attending Megan in PhyxMe for just over two years and count myself very fortunate to have her as my physio. She has successfully treated me when I had a tibial stress fracture in both legs and later on when I developed Achilles tendinopathy not ideal injuries when you do an endurance sport like triathlon. Under Megan’s guidance I have changed my running style and achieved some significant PBs. During this time Megan has gone well beyond what I would call an excellent standard of care. Her treatment has been exceptional and her passion for helping her patients achieve their goals is obvious. I have total confidence in Megan and have no hesitation in recommending her as first class physio. I have also found the reception staff to be very helpful and accommodating. I attend Jason regularly for massage who is also excellent and helps me stay injury free. Thanks to everyone at PhyxMe for your brilliant service.
The treatment and confidence I get from the team at Phyxme is beyond superlative. With issues of past sporting activities now coming to impact my lifestyle, the diagnosis of issues and supporting treatment plans from Chris and Megan’s staff have made serious injuries extremely manageable. Simon Morris in particular, has been excellent in my endeavours to overcome issues with spinal problems and disruptions to activity associated with prior stress fractures and nerve impingement. Their service and presentation of the clinic experience is excellent and I highly recommend them to all.
Megan, Chris and the team at Phyxme are absolute experts in their field. Not only is their knowledge, treatment, services and facilities outstanding, but their client care, compassion and understanding is beyond anything I have experienced before. After have a serious debilitating injury, Megan and the team managed my entire complicated rehabilitation, and thanks to them, I am now back with great mobility AND doing the sport I love. Without them, I truly believe this would not have been possible. I would 110% recommend them.
I've been visiting PhyxMe for the last 5yrs and they've been outstanding in their care for me and my health. From the Reception Staff to all the Physios, I'm very happy with my experience there. My care has always been monitored and carefully planned for a great recovery outcome after many knee operations. Thanks Chris & Megan for providing an awesome service to the people of Cairns. I cannot thank Megan enough for all the help and advice she has given me in the time I have been seeing her. She has helped me with my running technique, a better bike fit for my injuries, written a training program coming back from an injury and the list goes on. Megan goes above what she is required to do with frequent emails asking how I have pulled up after a training session and revising my sessions if required. Thanks to Tim also for his knowledge and help in all areas of my bike. Megan and everybody at PhyxMe are all incredibly helpful and friendly and I have total faith in their knowledge to help me get back to training and competing in the best form possible. I would highly recommend PhyxMe to anyone needing to see a physio or Jason for a massage.

I arrived in Cairns with a problem with my neck and referred pain down my arm. Megan and Phyxme saw me on the day I phoned and made time to see me soon after my first appointment despite the Christmas New Years rush. After three appointments my pain had reduced significantly. Megan is highly skilled, knowledgeable, and all the team are warm and friendly. I would highly recommend this physiotherapy service.
I have visited many physios over the years, as I have a plethora of aches and pains from service in the army. The physios at PhyxMe are highly skilled, all staff are very friendly and professional, and the exercise/rehab classes are brilliant my wife recently came along and is a convert. They have a sound understanding of the services and equipment they can provide to veterans with white/gold cards. By far the best physiotherapy service I've experienced!
