Our practice was established in 1992 by Adrian Schoo, and from 1997 has been run by Ruth Norris and more recently in partnership with Alex Galea and their team of dedicated, highly trained and experienced physiotherapists. We are proud of the reputation we have built for providing quality one-to-one services to our clients.


Longer Consultations

Our appointments are all long consultations so that we can listen to, assess and address your problem. We aim to not just treat the symptoms but the underlying cause to keep you healthy and active.

Our onsite gymnasium/pilates studio area and hydrotherapy pool mean you can access the most comprehensive program for your problem, and ongoing exercise programs that suit your needs under the watchful eyes of our team.

Physiotherapy Bendigo offers one-on-one physiotherapy appointments, using traditional physio techniques combined with modern myofascial techniques, dry needling, Kinesio taping and other advanced taping techniques, biomechanical analysis and orthotic fitting, clinical pilates, and on-site hydrotherapy. We also have highly experienced practitioners in more specialized fields such as women’s & men’s health, continence and pelvic floor physio, and lymphoedema management.
