Outstanding strength and conditioning training, movement and mobility work, athletic improvement and injury rehabilitation and work around guidance by a highly qualified trainer who is amomg many things a world champion martial artist and also a practicing physiotherapist. For the young guns and old warriors who still want to train, maintain and improve. Great people, great fun, very effective and rewarding. I highly recommend it.
