I fell and hurt my leg skiing at cardrona. The doctor on the mountain saw me first and examined me thoroughly and felt I’d damaged my acl but wanted the Physio to look. So I went back as there was no Physio on the day I fell. The Physio asked me a few questions, examined me for about 2 minutes at most, and then said they agreed with doctors diagnosis. I was given no information, no advice, and didn’t do my referral for 4 days so upon returning home I have a long wait to see a specialist due to them not receiving the referral quickly. I wasn’t given a brace, I wasn’t even told how to manage the injury, and no referral for X-rays. I have never experienced such neglect in my life. Then charged $55. For what I do not know. 10 minutes max all up. Don’t bother going
I have had a bad experience with this practice. I felt like they treated me pretty careless. When i had questions i didn’t get the info needed and the general vibe was, do some excersizes, she’ll be alright. After going 7 times spread over 7 months my issue has only gotten worse, to the point that my knees are clicking with every step, are inflamed and painfull 24/7.
absolutely the best physiotherapists. Sequoia went above and beyond to make sure I had good treatment and to follow up on my progress. Everyone at the office is kind, friendly, and helpful at getting you healed and moving properly again.
In late April 2017, while 22 weeks pregnant, I was traveling in Wanaka with my family when my back seized up. I was able to get in to see Sarah, one of the therapists the same day and she got me moving again. Before seeing her I thought that we might have to cut our holiday short as I could barely move. Thankfully after treatment I was able to enjoy the rest of my time in New Zealand. Thank you!
Sequoia was great working with my ACL injury. She went out of her way to get me the help I needed with doctor/surgeon visits or equipment. Everyone at the desk is always friendly, helpful, and personable.
