I’ve been seeing Zoe on and off for years. She has helped me learn how to manage injuries knees / hammies / glute whilst continuing exercise and strengthening to prevent further injury. I really like her approach. If you are patient, strict and consistent with what she gives you, you get results.

Recently visited PhysioWorks to buy a pregnancy support belt. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get a treatment due to work commitments prior to Christmas but Shane took the time to ensure it fitted well and I was comfortable with it. He was very friendly and professional. Would definitely be coming back.
